WeGo Nation LLC (“WeGo Nation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit our website, communicate with us, or interact with our digital services.

This Privacy Policy applies to the WeGo Nation corporate website and related pages operated by WeGo Nation LLC unless a separate privacy policy is provided for a particular product, platform, application, or service.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Our corporate website contact form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, area of interest, and message. A request identifier accompanies the message to help us handle the inquiry. You may also voluntarily provide other information when you write to us.

Please do not send passwords, student records, medical or financial information, or other sensitive personal information through the general contact form.

Technical information

Our hosting, email, and security services may receive technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device information, referring pages, timestamps, delivery records, and error or security logs when providing the website and processing communications.

Interactive robot and motion features

The homepage robot uses prerecorded video that responds to mouse movement or touch in your browser. These interaction values are processed locally by the current website code and are not transmitted by that code to our server. The motion journey is currently disabled, and the website does not request device-orientation access. The robot does not access your camera or microphone, record conversations, or send messages to an AI service.

2. How we use information

We use contact information and messages to respond to inquiries, discuss services or partnerships, prepare proposals, and maintain relevant business correspondence.

We use technical information to deliver and maintain the website, process messages, troubleshoot problems, protect against spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We may also use information when reasonably necessary to protect our rights or those of others.

We do not use personal information for materially different purposes without providing any notice or choice required by applicable law.

3. Cookies, analytics, and browser controls

The current corporate website does not include advertising pixels or a visitor-analytics service, and its application code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security infrastructure may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms to deliver or protect the website.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technical functions may affect some services. We will update this policy and provide notice, choices, or consent where required before introducing non-essential tracking technologies.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests send technical information, including your IP address and browser request information, to Google so the fonts can be delivered. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices.

4. Service providers and other disclosures

We use website hosting, content delivery and security infrastructure, email delivery services, and Google Fonts to operate this corporate website. Contact submissions are sent to our team by email. Providers may process the information needed to perform those functions under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate abuse, protect rights or safety, or support a business transfer subject to applicable legal protections.

The corporate website currently does not provide account registration, payment collection, appointment booking, a newsletter subscription, or an AI chat service. Separate WeGo Nation platforms may offer other features under their own policies.

5. Links to Other Websites and Platforms

Our website may contain links to websites, applications, social media services, or platforms operated by WeGo Nation or by third parties.

Certain WeGo Nation products or platforms may maintain their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Use. When a separate policy is provided, that policy governs use of that particular service.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services operated by independent third parties.

6. Sale and advertising-related sharing

We do not sell personal information collected through this corporate website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share children’s personal information for those purposes.

If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notice and privacy choices before the change takes effect.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including:

  • Responding to communications
  • Maintaining business records
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations
  • Maintaining security
  • Resolving disputes
  • Meeting legal and regulatory requirements

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information involved.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or misuse.

However, no internet transmission, computer system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children’s privacy

This corporate website is intended for people seeking information about our company and services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please use our contact form so we can review and address the matter.

Educational platforms intended for schools, educators, or students have separate privacy policies and safeguards. This corporate-site policy does not replace those policies or school agreements.

10. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Provide access to personal information we maintain about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete certain personal information
  • Explain how information has been used
  • Provide information about categories of third parties receiving information
  • Restrict or object to certain uses of personal information
  • Honor legally recognized privacy preference signals where applicable

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.

11. California privacy rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or other California privacy laws apply, eligible residents may have rights to know and access personal information, request correction or deletion, and opt out of covered sales or sharing. Additional rights may apply to certain uses of sensitive personal information. These rights are subject to the law’s scope, exceptions, and verification requirements.

We do not sell corporate-site personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To ask about applicable rights, use our contact form and include “Privacy Request” in your message. If an authorized agent acts for you, we may require proof of authorization and appropriate verification.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights.

12. Tracking preference signals

The current corporate website does not use cross-site advertising tracking. It does not change its behavior in response to traditional browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor that requirement. No sale or advertising-related sharing is currently enabled on this corporate website.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically as our website, technologies, services, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, the updated policy will be posted on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where appropriate.

14. Contact us

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, use our contact form and include “Privacy Request” in the message. Please provide enough information for us to understand your request, without including unnecessary sensitive data.
